At PAN Health, we believe care is most meaningful when it brings comfort, dignity, and hope to someone’s life. That belief lives through Smile Matters, our heartfelt CSR initiative dedicated to spreading awareness, health, and healing where it’s needed most- in classrooms, in shelter homes, in parks, and in everyday lives.
From teaching young girls about menstrual health to restoring confidence in the elderly through care and conversation, Smile Matters is more than a name- it’s a reflection of our deepest purpose: To create moments of change that stay in someone’s heart, long after the act is done.

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, PAN Health launched a heartfelt initiative titled “Gift of Care”, dedicated to supporting the menstrual health and emotional well-being of young girls and women in protective care. Held at Rajkiye Balgrih Balika, Lucknow -a shelter home for survivors of abandonment, exploitation, and early pregnancy – this outreach aimed to restore both dignity and confidence.

PAN Health reaffirmed its belief that care is the greatest gift -and dignity, a right for every woman.
At PAN Health, we believe that awareness is the first step toward empowerment. As part of our ongoing commitment to menstrual health education, we conducted a series of Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Workshops across Kendriya Vidyalayas and other educational institutions.
These sessions aimed to equip young girls with the knowledge, confidence, and resources to manage menstruation safely and without shame.
Location: Kendriya Vidyalaya and other institutions.
Objective: Break societal taboos and empower adolescent girls through education
Hundreds of girls were educated on safe menstrual practices, helping to create a generation that views periods not with fear or stigma- but with pride and awareness.
PAN Health organized a dedicated Women’s Health Checkup Camp to promote physical well-being, early detection, and essential healthcare access for women from underserved communities. This initiative focused not just on treatment – but on empowerment through awareness, addressing preventive health, menstrual care, and reproductive wellness.
Beneficiaries: Women from underserved and low-access communities
At PAN Health, we believe that the true measure of success lies in how many lives we uplift along the way. Under our dedicated CSR initiative Smile Matters, we hosted a special donation ceremony committed to the causes of health, dignity, and empowerment — made even more meaningful by the presence of Hon’ble Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel, who personally handed over the contributions.

To BT Savani Kidney Hospital, Rajkot, to advance life-saving healthcare
To Bolbala Charitable Trust to serve nutritious meals to the underprivileged

Every act, every smile, every life touched through this initiative reminds us: Corporate responsibility isn’t an obligation – it’s a privilege we proudly embrace.
At PAN Health, we believe that every woman deserves a joyful and dignified start to her married life. Through Valudi ni Shadi, we organized a heartfelt mass wedding ceremony, where brides were married with traditional rituals, grace, and community blessings.
With meticulous arrangements and deep cultural reverence, the event fulfilled cherished dreams — easing the financial responsibility on families and celebrating the spirit of unity and shared joy.
At PAN Health, we believe that dignity begins with access. In our continued commitment to women’s health, we launched an initiative to install sanitary napkin vending machines in schools and colleges across India – ensuring young girls, faculty, and staff have easy, private access to menstrual care.
This initiative was inaugurated at the CSR Conference in Srinagar by Dr. Shahid Choudhary (IAS, J&K) and our CEO & MD, Mr. Chirag M. Pan.
Beneficiaries: School & college students, faculty, and staff
